Методология экологической модернизации технологического оборудования на примере сушильного барабанного агрегата

Орындалан жмыстар нтижесінде жабдытарды модернизациялау бойынша кепілдемелер «азфосфат» ЖШС «Минелалды тыайтыштар» зауыты ТФ енгізіліп, «КазНИИХимпроект» ЖШС жобалы шешімдерде олдануа абылданды.

олдану саласы: химия, мнайхимия, лак-бояулы, тама жне агроиндустриялды салаларда, сондай-а рылыс материалдары ндірістерінде кептіру жне шатазалау процестерінде.

Жмысты экономикалы тиімділігі немесе маыздылыы. Модернизациялау бойынша кепілдемелерді «азфосфат» ЖШС «Минелалды тыайтыштар» зауыты ТФ гранулденген аммофос ндірісінде енгізу аммофосты ндіруге кеткен энергетикалы шыындар нормасын жне газдарменен німні ысырапталуын тмендету арылы нім шыару уаты 160 мы т/жыл боландаы млшері 174,6 мы долл./жыл межеленген экологты-экономикалы сер алуа ммкіндік береді.

Зерттеу нысанын дамыту жніндегі жорамалды сыныстар. Технологиялы жабдытарды экологиялы модернизациялау бойынша ылыми баыт дниежзілік тжірибедегі жаа шешім болып табылады. сынылып отыран методология ымбатнды тазалау рылымдарын олданусыз блінетін алдытарды ммкіндігінше азайту масатында олданыстаы технологиялы агрегаттарды, машиналар мен аппараттарды экологиялы модернизациялауды жзеге асыруа ммкіндік береді.

The Methodology of ecological modernization of technological equipment on the example of drum dryer

The object of the research is drum dryer units

The aim of the work is to work out the methodology of ecological modernization of technological equipment, that allows to increase its economic effectiveness at maximum decrease of emission into environment and capital maintenance costs.

The method and methodology of the research. The offered methodology of ecological modernization of technological equipment has been used in the following work. Hydrodynamic and kinetic characteristics of drum dryer units have been examined with the use of generally accepted methods.

Results of the research:

  • system element-wise methodology of investigation and ecological modernization of technological equipment for general industrial service has been worked out.
  • on the basis of hydrodynamic analogy of mass transfer and impulse it has been proposed an equation of number of transfer units in the aerosol flow, that allow to get an equation for evaluation of efficiency of dust particles deposition on flat and cylindrical surfaces.
  • energy approach allows to get the equation to calculate dust particles slippage in zigzag channel, that takes into account a wide range of possible mechanisms of turbulence run-out interaction of aerosol flows.
  • the results of experimental research of equability of bulk material distribution and time of its stay depending on rate of heat transfer and drum rotation, lean angle, density of the substance and constructional parameters of the developed unit versus standard G-shaped header have been obtained.
  • - three constructive scheme of ecological modernization of drum dryer with flexible header and two zones of phase contacts, which were secured with preliminary patents of the Republic of Kazakstan have been worked out alongside with non-emissive dryer and methods of its calculation, which has been given applied for invention.
  • recommendations for ecological modernization of drum dryer unit to neutralize solid and liquid wastes of phosphate production and to decrease dust emission from drum granulator dryer in ammophos palletizing plant have been formulated.

Main constructive, technological and technical operational characteristics.

Drum rotation speed – 2-3 r/m, heat career speed 1-2m/s, lean angle of the drum at the side of discharge 1-1,5. Discharge camera, containing in lower part dust stifler and in the upper one dust collector, made in the form of multi-row set of blades with the width b=(0,1…0.2) Dб, placed at distance of b1=(1…2) under an angle, higher than angle of natural slope of the material. The distance between blades is 0,005…1m, what is more in each row blades are placed with the opposite lean relatively to the blades placed near.

The degree of implementation. The developed recommendations and calculation methods of ecological modernization of technological equipment have been taken into usage at “KazNIIHimproect” ltd.

Recommendations on modernization of granulated ammophos production have been taken into usage at territorial company KazPhosphat ltd “Chemical Fertilizers”.

Recommendations on implementation or the results of implementation of scientific research.

Methods of calculation, recommendations on ecological modernization of technological equipment can be recommended to scientific, engineering technical workers in different spheres of industry, project and scientific-research institutions, high school teachers when teaching specialized courses.

As the result the recommendations formulated in the research work have been implied at territorial company KazPhosphat ltd “Chemical Fertilizers” and accepted for usage in project works in “KazNIIHimproect” ltd.

Sphere of implementation. Processes of drying and dust collection in chemical, petrochemical, paint and varnish, food processing and agroindustrial branches, and also in the production of building materials.

Economical efficiency and significance of the research.

Implementation of recommendations on modernization of granulated ammophos production at territorial company KazPhosphat ltd “Chemical Fertilizers” allowed to achieve an expected ecological and economical effect by decrease of energetic norms for ammophos production and wastage of production with off-gases at the capacity of production at 160 thousand tons per year at amounted to 174,6 thousand of US dollars per year.

Projected assumptions about the development of research object.

Scientific direction on ecological modernization of technological equipment is new in the world practice. The methodology offered allows to implement ecological modernization of the existing technological units, machines and aggregates in order to minimize emissions without engagement of expensive wastewater treatment facilities.
